Apr 10, 2011 · 2.5k. Posted April 11, 2011. Could be an air leak in the intake, could be an ignition problem, could be some crap stuck in your carb, could be that the valves need adjusting. I would probably start by checking the valve lash and checking for any air leaks. Then I might move to the carb if you are still having problems.

I looked back by the exhaust and it looked like oil was dripping on the rear diff. It looks like it might have been coming from a hose attached to the rear of the frame at seat level. My problem is the LCD display, it worked fine at first, then it would work for a minute after start up, now, it's blank, only the backlight works.

It will hard start from 20F- 40F when you add a little throttle while starting it. Once warmed up after a couple minutes, it will idle fine and run good under any temperature conditions and restart fine if turned off. This seems electrical. Check the voltage at the battery with the atv at idle. Might be having a undercharging scenario. Like overcharging scenarios, undercharging scenarios can also mess with your electrical system. Cause for 101.00 dollars is awfully cheap for all that work and for them to know that the valves were on.I have a 2009 King Quad 750. ...
