Identical issue here. Tried cleaning the cache and uninstalling and reinstalling, unfortunately neither fixes working. The game would initially look really good but the problems (black textures and other texture issues) seemed to trigger after going through a loading screen or after dialogue with an npc. #15. It's not a GOG-specific issue; the problem was the hard drive being overwhelmed by lots of requests, forcing BG3 to wait. Assuming Windows, use Task Manager to check if the drive is hitting 100%.
