Although if you haven't learned the cryofridge, you probably don't have a Tek Replicator either. No, cryo orbs and the cryo fridge are part of the base game now. You just might need to level up more to learn them. Go to the engram screen and type cryo into the search bar at the top. It will pull them up even if you can't learn them yet. This will tell you if any engram is locked at a certain level or locked to a certain map.
