Can't really help applying for unemployment again when you've been unemployed since April of 2020 and don't qualify for UI, the system is so glitchy and inefficient as is. I imagine people trying to reapply when they obviously don't qualify isn't helping things much for anyone who has issues with their unemployment right now.
