Click the arrow next to Display adapters which will give you your graphics name. Consult this hierarchy chart of graphics. Ctrl+f to find the GTX 470 or 6970.

Now you go inside of your Black Ops 3 game directory: (default located here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops III) And create a folder called 'mods' inside of it (if there is already a folder called mods, just use this folder):I do see the mods present in game after the download status stops but this is only possible if you restart the game.
