Line up the arrows on the inner reel with the arrows on the outer spool. Hold the outer spool and rotate the inner reel to line the arrows up.Take the new trimmer head and insert the screw through the hole in the center. Align the screw with the hole in the trimmer head and tighten it with a screwdriver. Reattach the retaining plate and any other parts that were removed.
