The 4 star hotel was charging $330 euros, booking.com and other sites were charging $300 euros, but Traveluro charged me $256 euros.I call Traveluro customer service. They say they will call the hotel and figure it out, and to give them an hour. Two hours later we arrive to town and I haven’t heard back. I call the hotel again, nothing has changed. They don’t have any rooms and they don’t have my reservation. I call Traveluro again and they give me a confirmation number.
