John Deere 14SB won't start. Working on one for a friend, who got it from the previous owners of the house they just bought. It's the 5.5 hp Kawasaki. Cables look damaged but appear functional. Motor pulls hard, as if the blade clutch is engaged, yet blade does not turn when pulling. Has good spark and shows 70 lbs compression on the gauge.
