Also q poke works well as if you keep making Morde use his shield to heal from Q it doesn’t build up that much.

The main points of my "rant" are: Morde lacks initiation to the point where he can't do shit without help. He gets outscaled by most champs while being poopoo early game. He has no clear win condition other that "ult priority targets" which is just the same as Darius or Garen executing someone.
Morde only improved a little or arguably not at all. Conq and ravenous (on him) got a nerf, anti-heal got buffed and he was already suffering from newer champs scaling and mobility. The new morde is not THAT bad. He just needs some tweaks or slight reverts (especially on his W) on his kit.
