I tried in the last regatta and ended up costing myself tasks that I could do. On the board, instead of picking with the green button, tap the blue trashcan button. If you pick it THEN delete it (red trashcan), it counts as a 0 for the task. Just to add: You have to be an elder rank or above in the co-op to dump tasks with the blue trash can.
