The extra bar of ki won't be super important since your QQ Bang + 42 should give you 9 bars, which is plenty. The extra damage in Basic, however, will matter more, because you will always be punching s***. Use Super Vegeta, not Super Saiyan. This will max out your Ki Blast damage.
