With the heavier touring models the Woods TW222 is a awesome cam. The TW222 has great low end/mid range torque, this cam turns on early and pulls like a freight train right up to the rev limiter. Zippers 575 or Crane 290-2 or S&S 570 all come to mind so does a Wood TW6. All of these are available in chain drive but if the bike will be racking up miles I would go gear drive. If you want to up the compression on your motor, use the HD P/N 22179-99A cast pistons. That should put you at 10:25-1 compression with the factory 103" heads. Use the +.10 pistons so the machinist can hone your stock barrels to fit the new pistons. If you are going for "Bang for the buck," leave the heads alone for now.

Personally for a heavy bike I would run a tw6, 26, or 37. You don't need roller rockers unless you are running .550 lift and above. The tw6 is a .510 lift, the 37 is a .510 lift and the 26 is a .490 lift so none of these needs roller rockers. If you are a throttle twister and ride hard then the tw5 or tw6h is the answer, I like the 6 better ...
