One example being Customs, like 90% of the scavs spawn at Old Gas with nobody touching Dorms. I did a ctrl + f search in the two config files for Fin's AI Tweaks, the only thing with 'insta' in it was for types of scavs rather than the timing.Fin, the author of the mod has said he is aware of the current issues with gear and AI difficulties regardless of what we (the players) change. Neither my AIO or Progression touches AI. It only touches gear for Progression. As far as boss difficulty that's just base EFT/by default. Can probably be tweaked within the server configuration files found in the SP-Tarkov directory, search for energy and hydration.
