(I did this because got the same issue with using just Atmosphere) I followed the instructions on their github and merged the files on the SD card. There is an hekate_ipl file in the bootloader directory of sigpatches download file. In the included hekate_ipl file that is in sigpatches download, I am concerned about this line: autonogc=1.
