Staff is really friendly. They have a blo menu with different looks, I opted for Holly Would which is curly, volume, fantastic! Paula was my stylist and she is amazing!The problem is that a blow dry bar should specialize in BLOWING OUT hair. The stylists here wash and dry your hair haphazardly and then style with a curling iron or flat iron. This leads to flat hair at the crown and lots of frizz. A real blow dry with a round brush shouldn't need much styling afterwards.
