Entry sensor not responding simplisafe.

Had Simplisafe almost 2 months.  Today, just before 7am, , this appeared: Entry Sensor "Office" is not responding. There are two entry sensors there, so trying to remove and replace batter...This is a combined view of all your sensors and cameras. 2. Because SimpliSafe does not send a pending alarm we had to relocate the base which has been challenging to find a spot well hidden; but we did. There are now three sensors that seem to come and go; a basement window, an entry door and one on a fridge. Since the original poster does mention that the Entry Sensor was already working - i.e. it lit up when activated, and the Base Station was already responding to it - I wouldn't think this was a battery/power issue. You can find a list of issues that the triggers the Trouble Signal over in this Help Center article.Whenever the Trouble Signal sounds, you can see what the problem is by checking the Keypad or the mobile app.

Sensors are all on the same floor, same building. Base station has direct line of sight to two of the three sensors, but all three randomly report they are not responding. Hi @jtkriese,. That message means that your Entry Sensor is failing to check in with the Base Station, which could be due to several possible reasons. Since you do see the Entry Sensor restoring every time (meaning that eventually the sensor is able to check in again), it's unlikely for it to be a battery issue.
