And decentralized lands are generally treated like uncolonized tiles in EU4, as apposed to the native nations. I can easily enough convert Ck3->EU4 with custom nations and tag switching shenanigans, but he has a Mac and I have a PC so Victoria 2 mp won't work for us. So our plan was to do a mod that extends the EU4 end date to 1929 and then roughly convert that to HOI4.
