We have the exact same symptoms in our 2005 Odyssey EXL: All at once, right after a heavy rain, the turn signals, high beam, both sliding doors, door locks (with switch on driver's side and remote), rear wiper all stopped working, and the front wiper works on high speed only (no intermittent or low speed), etc.

By tracing the wires, you can unplug the connector and measure the voltage applied when commanding the door to open (this should confirm that the controller is working). Then you can apply 12V to the motor-side of the connector to see if the motor turns - if it does not, you will have confirmed the demise of the motor.

That is the fuse for both doors that is hot all the time, and is the one that people find the parasitic drain on when there is a door latch problem. Disconnect where the opening/closing cables attach do the door. Then it'll slide freely. Then you can decide whether you want to remove the whole motor or leave it in there. I'd disconnect the power to it so it doesn't beep at times. Not sure what you'll want to do with the cables if you leave the motor in.
