Just go to the folder of osu! (there is an option to access it in settings), go to Skins folder and delete the folder of the skin you want to delete. It's not possible to delete a single skin in lazer currently to my knowledge. It is possible to delete all skins though, there should be a delete all skins button. Problem solved, thanks.
