I took the EM COMAT a few months ago, I used just the COMBANK question bank. It's a pretty heavy memory based sort of thing: memorizing antidotes, trigger words for emergency procedures, etc. If you're pursuing EM, EMRA gives some nice little booklets of high yield info, but if not, I found COMBANK good to get through! 1.
