When you get up towards the higher RPMs in any gear (above 2200), it starts sputtering, missing, popping, etc.The Nutter bypass actually gets rid of about 75% of the wiring under the hood and several sensors not used. Biggest advantage is the elimination of 23+ years of old wires and sensors that may or may not be working correctly. The only way would be to check each circuit seperately and measure it against the factory tolerances.

Aug 11, 2003 · The cowl vent can work if properly maintained. There is a drain for it; open your hood and you'll see a very large tube coming out of the firewall with a "flapper valve" on the end. Just my 2 cents, When I first got my jeep on 05, I primed the entire frame with Rustoleum primer and Rustoluem professional paint. Came out really good, and still holding up today. Dirt and mud wash right off. The primer is pretty heavy.

Think about it this way. From the side of your bulkhead connector closest to the motor, focus on your heavy gauge wires. 12 and 10 gauge wires. Red and orange and yellow will probably go to 12 volt pos. 12 or 10 gauge black will probably go to ground.

BTW, Per Quadratec, the JKS quick disconnects for 2.5-6" of lift should work with my EMU 2.5" lift kit, so I think I'm going to go for them. The fuel pump will need a power feed going to it. The OEM one isn't going to work anymore due to the motor etc being out of it. You will need to provide the fuel pump relay with another source of switched power, as the Jeep ECM is not providing one now. I pulled over and checked my oil level and it was good. Use the existing housing and try to find a camera that will match lenses. Or hollow out the existing factory camera (separate part from the housing) and "pot" a new camera in its place.
