I saw a 42 at the LGS last weekend and everybody was oohing and ahing over it. I find it interesting that both S&W and Glock released a new single stack .380 at about the same time. I think the S&W is significantly less expensive: $379 vs. $500+. Oh, and its a S&W. So the 42 will not cycle some rounds where the LCP will not have trouble. LCP to me is my deep conceal and carry gun that I exclusively pocket carry. My g43 is one of my conceal options when I need something smaller than my g19. Remember as others have said you're not going to get much against the 42 in a glock sub. I love the trigger on the lc9s much more than that of the G43, although the trigger reset is a bit longer. This is coming from a Glock fan boy, mind you.
