Personally speaking, and based on what you've said I'd choose either of Paris or Horseshoe, in no particular order.
The pool is right up our alley. Good crowd, fun vibe but not a bunch of crazy drunkin youngsters! Flamingo pool always crowded and kinda dirty with garbage. Paris keeps their hotel beautiful. Ate at Hexx for lunch. Pretty good. Had breakfast at Mon Ami Gabi (always). Love the food and the service. Having stayed at both hotels recently, Aria is by far the superior property. The P rooms are located at the end of hallway. I believe the Burgundy Suites are located near the elevators and are located on every wing of the building.I had a room on the 20th floor this last time that was great (can't remember exact # though). Be aware that many fountain views also come with a view of the Eiffel Tower and the pool....and the tower may block a bit of the fountains. Still very cool though! Paris is a great hotel...enjoy!
