I found this to be the easiest way to complete the Weapons Expert 3 challenge.Honestly Sharpshooter 10 is BS. I swear i always find DOZENS of birds but i always only get 2 and the rest fly away and deadeye DELAYS THE GODDAMN SHOT, THE HELL.
