You should be able to measure about 0.6 to 0.7 ohms between any 2 of those wires in 3 different combination's. Your sled will covert all it's power to DC voltage, where most of the others sleds run off AC voltage.

Should be over 14v at idle. Will jump to 15v plus when you rev the motor. If it is high 12v at the terminals the stator is basically dead. If it is in the 13v it's underperforming.
