Getting tired of waiting I started uploading evidence into my online N-400 application. A few days ago, I received a letter from USCIS, addressed to my husband for some reason. It was the interview letter for the ROC application. Now, I wondered if I applied for citizenship now, would this interview be a combo interview?

N-400 doesn't ask about pending I-751 but your N-400 cannot and will not be approved until the I-751 is approved. What often ends up happening is people get a combo interview for both I-751 and N-400, so you should prepare for that. My spoused filed i751 in Feb 2019 and n400 in Feb 2020. Both are pending.
On my interview date Oct 29th 2020, I-751 was done first between my wife and I and then proceeded to do my N-400 interview. The interviewer told me that I passed the N-400 interview but he could not make a decision right there because he was not having my I-751 file in front him to review my documents.The I-751 can get waived but not the N400. Hi guys! I had my combo interview this morning at 7:45AM, want to share my experience. I751 filed May 2019 ( Case status was Interview Cancelled since March 2020) N400 filed September 2020 ( Interview scheduled April 15 for May 21) My office is Los Angeles. The line for check in windows was about 15-20 minutes long.
