Maybe at the higher end it’s better in pve but so far at lower levels it’s underwhelming. I can’t even use it to level anymore. It doesn’t even stagger regular gate front knights. That was part of what made moonveil so good. Now it just feels like a regular katana with a blue ranged attack.
