BTW, if you want to know about "limp mode" for these trannies, it's a mechanically controlled shift, with your only options being 2nd and 3rd gears by moving the steering column between "1"/"2" and "D" respectively. I have replaced solenoid valve body ,installed new transmission cooler and replaced the PCM and my jeep still slams into 2cnd gear limp mode. Over $2000 and it still does the same thing.
