Received 6 Likes on 4 Posts. Only the 99 to current Super Duty trucks use the metric pattern. All previous trucks in this category used the 8 x 6.5" pattern prior to this. It's a bit more detailed than that, but for the most part dodge, chevy and pre-98 Ford 8 lugs are 8x6.5" bolt pattern. 99 and up 8 lug Ford TRUCKS (F-250 & 350) are 8x170mm. The vans are 8x6.5" all the way up until 2010 - maybe even later. No one ever said Ford was smart, or had to make sense in why they put what on what.
