Based on your measurements, I think 32C and 32D are likely sizes. Your snug underbust is 31 inches, which probably means a 30 band would feel too tight. I don't think I measured incorrectly 😭 It was definitely the full bust measurement. I used the diagrams on the ABTF website. I didn't apply any pressure when measuring, especially because my breasts are firm. Just measured again and my Leaning/Lying measurements are closer to 31. For context, the closest fitting bra I have right now is a 30f!

My E/F cups are judged C cups in guy cups, and a DD becomes a B cup. Then anything C or below is A/AA/AAA. D can be B or A depending on shape. Yes, when I remeasured, I got slightly looser fits (as in, closer to 30) that it's worth a shot. I've definitely been a lazy bra shopper (and haven't shopped in so long) that it's hard to find anything smaller than 32 at the average department store, that it's what I settled on.

The bands are supposed to stretch to the band size but different bras can run stretchy or firm.
