So far (and I've tried several) the Motorola MB8600 seems to be consistently the most stable on my FTTH Xfinity connection. I bought the Netgear C7800 over two and a half years ago and never looked back. It's a combo router/modem and at Comcast's $14/ month rental it more then paid for itself back in February.
