It seems like the extra armor from vesperian is the best innate talent. (Buff etrean cause its drippy) Its not THAT good, the armour breaks very easily. khan passive can save a build when youre trying to decide between getting that talent, or that weapon. race passives are supposed to be bad and yeah vesperian is the "best" but 3% natural armor ...
