Also had the exact same problem. Original protector was peeling, had it replaced via Samsung free replacement. Last week, the replacement started peeling at the crease from the top to the middle of the screen. Had it replaced with a third party protector. Now the third party protector started peeling days after it got installed.

If the first uBreakiFix store couldn't replace it or didn't want to replace it, call other uBreakiFix locations near you if there are any.Read a couple threads on the Fold 4 and you should not apply a screen protector over the OEM Samsung protector. Just use the original one. You get a free replacement within one year, and any extra is 19.99. Do not put additional protector on the inside screen. I installed a Spigen hinge protector perfectly, and i did notice that it took a slightly bit more force to fold unfold the device but thought it was normal. About 12h later and a few folds the screen cracked right at the center foldable line.

Even though it does not void the warranty, the process should be handled with care. Removing it is very easy, just use your fingernail on one of the corners and try to lift it slowly and carefully. I got my Fold 3 at launch last year, and my inner screen protector has finally started peeling. I don't have insurance and the phone is just out of warranty.
