I have a 2008 Ford Fusion that won't start. The anti theft on the dash is blinking. When I tried to reset it by putting the key in the door, turning it a half turn to the right and then turning it a half turn to the left, the fuse box in the engine started buzzing. I pulled a relay fuse out of the box and it stopped.
