After using them as steps for a while they deformed the car body sheet metal they are mounted to in such a way that the rails started to sag a little bit. Also they got pretty rusty after only 2 years.

The GC owner's manual shows both the location for the HOLD button to the left of the 4WD LOW button under the Hold 'N Go and an entry for the HOLD indicator light in the dashboard. In my 4xe of course, the HOLD button is not there and is just a blank button, and considering this is a Summit Reserve, it's definitely not a trim-restricted feature.
