Then go down to the carb and adjust for the proper idle speed.The ultrasound cleaner is great but will not get everything cleaned. You may have to pull the carb off again and clean it out using a small piece of wire to get inside the jets. Use air to blow out all the orafaces. To adjust the fuel mixture screw, turn it in until the engine stumbles or engine speed decreases. Now, turn it back out until engine stumbles or engine speed decreased. Then, set it midway in between those two settings. The Dynojet instructions say to adjust with a flat head screwdriver. I called their tech line, and they seemed to think only Honda and Polaris used the D-shaped adjustment screw, but they're sending me a tool anyway. Per my manual, the stock pilot screw setting is 1 3/4 turns out, and the Dynojet kit recommends 2 1/2 turns out.
