I wonder in which situation it is useful. Like, in any situation it could be useful you'd be better off just spamming charged heavies with Ghiza's Wheel, because they're very strong. The charged heavies not only cause more damage, but also apply as much bleed as the AoW while having better poise damage and hyperarmor.

Ghizas wheel is much the same. Not too crazy of a stat requirement, bleed build up and powerful weapon art makes it a viable weapon regardless of your experience level. Even still, Ghizas wheel isn’t that bad and that’s more a few loud vocal people who got smoked by it.
