I was planning on getting a K24z3 and mate it with a zf BMW transmission, get a custom driveshaft made, LSD differential for the rear end, upgraded axels just to get it off the ground.Maybe it has the same K20A2 crank sensor wiring. If the engine harness is different than the engine, you either need to change the sensor, or re-pin the plug. You need the service manual for that engine to verify. The sensor is in a different location on that block, because the timing ring is in a different location on the new cranks.

I had to block off the original k24z oil filter housing to fit half shaft. As mentioned before i had to mount the crank position sensor to the k24z timing chain cover. cant use the k20 valve cover.
