Kubota fuel pump problem.
Bx2370. I have done everything possible but still have poor fuel flow. Changed filters many times, drained fuel tank and blew it out with air. Added fuel treatment for bacteria and yet it runs smoothly for 1 to 2 hours then quits. After setting for 15 to 30 minutes it starts and runs fine.

Line is getting only 11.5 volts when key is turned on, then 12 volts for a few seconds when key is turned off. solenoid doesn't seem to click when key is turned on but vibrates in my hand for 3 seconds when key turned off. It doesn't have a plunger I can see must be a new design.

If you aren't getting fuel from the injector lines: (1) Check the filter. (2) Bleed air from the filter housing. There is a screw/bolt/something that lets the air out. Open it till you get bubble free diesel making a mess everywhere. (3) Bleed the injector pump. If you still having hard start issues it's not the lift pump, it's either getting air into the fuel system, has a bad glow plug or plugs, or some other issue.
