Guardian inclination pawn straight up the worst. Basically cowards. They only incline to attack when Arisen get hurt. Challenger and Utilitarian are good inclinations and also what I use. The problem is that you have to continually put them back to that setting. Comestion or Miasma - This is usually for groups of smaller "trash" enemies. Quick cast AoE. Comestion is better off un-upgraded imo, but High Comestion still casts pretty fast. Miasma is great vs slow moving/larger enemies, and can inflict Poison. Try both and see which one you like better. Setting this inclination first means the pawn will stop casting a damage spell to heal whenever you lose the tiniest bit of health. Consider taking some healing items such as Kingwarish or Potent Greenwarish in your inventory and using them via hotkey if you need to.
