I'm playing Burnout 3, on PCSX2 1.4.0 I play it through a Steam shortcut. I use a DVD My specs are GTX1060 and i5-6600k, 8 gb ram, win10 When playing the fps is mostly at 60 but sometimes it drops to 40-50 for a short moment. This makes the music slow down and lag and its annoying and difficult to race when the fps isn't stable.
