Rpcs3 game not showing up.
Once the game has been added to the emulator from the "Install package" or/and "Add games" menu and the game is working succesfully from the emulator, create a m3u file in the \roms\ps3 folder that points to the EBOOT.BIN file of the game in the \emulators\rpcs3\dev_hdd0\game game folder:
1) moving the ISO in /dev_hdd0/PS2ISO folder and mounting it through webMOD. 2) encrypting the ISO file to the PKG file using the PS2classicsGUI program. 3) using the PS2 Classic Placeholder. These are the problems I'm getting using these methods: 1) the PS3 beeps 3 times and blinks red, which requires me to boot up the PS3 again.I've tried it with the game-containing folder being directly on the desktop and also with it in the home>emulation>roms directory. I've tried renaming the folder to "BLUS30721" or whatever the region ID is for the game, as RPCS3's quickstart guide says to do. No matter what I do, RPCS3 doesn't find any bootable media in the folder the game is in. I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please contact the moderators of this subreddit if you have any questions or concerns. I usually put them inside roms/ps3 folder, but then import the folder from rpcs3. If it cannot browse the roms folder (probably microsd, try adding the folder for rpcs3 inside a program called flatseal. I can’t seem to get my ps3 roms to show up on steam rom manager. Make sure the folders have .ps3 at the end. That didn’t work. it should. Make sure you have the extracted folders, not an iso or such and rename the BLUSxxxx folder to BLUSxxxx.ps3.
