I don't think Starz had anything to do with the message you were getting when you weren't trying to use it. If you subscribe to a service via Roku Pay (billing through Roku), then those are generally limited to viewing via Roku. If that's the case, then cancel Starz via Roku Pay, and then subscribe directly, using those credentials to sign in to the Starz app on all devices (Roku and any other platform). Not much you can do except wait for the channel to be back up. Location: If you are traveling, you might be geo-locked out of your normal local channels.
