Apparently the firmware update didn't like the fact that I have a 6TB WD Red eSATA drive connected to the internal SATA port of the Bolt. My TiVo Bolt Vox 3tb just died with the 4 flashing lights. Before doing anything else, I called TiVo support and after answering their 5-6 questions, they said they would replace the unit and waived the $149 fee because I was a “continuing customer” or something like that. The unit was built in mid Nov ‘17, so under 3 years old.
