At R10 diamond forge is probably best, just diamond forge with all spells active and auto clickers on and you can reincarnate within a couple abdications (gaining e4 each time (10000X more gems)) with runs in about 2-5 minutes. ok, here is a small suggestion: Don't farm spell tiers at R45. With every R the needed time to unlock spell tiers gets lower, and when reincarnating you loose all spell activity time.
