My only habitica based custom reward is hatching eggs, it takes about 4 days before I can unlock that. My big custom reward is a day off work. I work from home and on my own schedule so taking a day off is reasonable, but it takes about 3 weeks of dailies and habits to get the one day.

If you only have a few tasks Habitica might be good enough and the rbg part is definitely unique. But proper task managers just work better for actually managing tasks. I have done volunteer moderation before, both on Reddit and back years ago, on the Gamespot forums back when that was a thing. So I have a pretty good understanding of what it all entails.
