If this happens to anyone else heres how I fixed it. I first cut out as much of the fabric as possible until the roller was able to move again. I then used the scissors to cut and pull out as much of the fabric as possible, rolling the bar when I ran out of stuff to cut. After about an hour I had it mostly cleared out.
