The most important part of the game, the combat system, is just absolute trash. With the hundreds of topics (mainly reddit) from many others determining if 120 or 150 is the PVP meta level. Its safe to say, the best PVP level as of now is 130-135. The reason being is because this level allows you to duel against 120s or 150s.
