Unplug it and check the wires for power. One should have power. If neither has power with the ignition on then check the fuses. If one does have power then jump it to the other. If the fan comes on, the temp switch is bad. If it doesn't, with the wires still jumped, check for power at the fan. If there is power, the fan is no good.
