Bonjour\\Hi, I’ve purchased a litter-robot-3 3 months ago ne yesterday it began to say « Dump posistion fault ». There was not any signs that can explain the cause, but i sure will need help to fix it. Since i’ve purchased it not si long ago, it still under warranty, but i soule rather fix it rapidly. The other 2 possibilities is the hall effect sensor for the dump position have failed. The other one is the magnet in the globe was installed in the wrong polarity after being dismantled and cleaned.
